Abstract

                                                 ABSTRACTThe background: Many people use motorcycle as transportation, especially Honda motorcycle.Two main factors which influencing purchase decision, product quality and price , were evaluatedin this study. The problem in this research was there any influence of product quality on purchasedecisions of Honda motorcycles and was there any influence of price on purchase decisions ofHonda motorcycles. As quantitative research, a survey method using a questionnaire was used.The sampling technique was accidental sampling . The population in this research someone thatwere using Honda motorcycle, type Beat, Blade, Megapro, Revo, Scoopy, Spacy, Supra X, Vario,and Verza in the Campus 1 Krida Wacana Christian University. Total population was 186. Thesample was 127 respondents. The results showed that the quality of products and price influencedon purchase decisions of Honda motorcycles.Keywords: product quality, price, purchase decision                                             ABSTRAKSaat ini sepeda motor banyak dijadikan sebagai alat transportasi utama oleh masyarakat. Dua faktorutama yang biasanya mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian , kualitas produk dan harga, yang dianalisispada penelitian ini. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitasproduk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor honda dan apakah terdapat pengaruh hargaterhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif , metode surveidilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner . Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidentalsampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pengguna sepeda motorHonda tipe Beat, Blade, Megapro, Revo, Scoopy, Spacy, Supra X, Vario, dan Verza di Kampus IUniversitas Kristen Krida Wacana. Jumlah populasi adalah 186 . Sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah127 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadapkeputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda.Kata kunci: kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

                                                ABSTRACTJob stress and work conflicts can affect the performance of employees, aim of this study to determinethe effect of job stress and work conflict on employee performance, for it carried suervei andquestionnaires to obtain data. Data that has been tested and declared valid and reliable descriptiveand quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (SPSS version20 o’clock). from the analysis of the effect of work stress with the performance of the employee, itis known that the result was a significant negative effect, which means that when the stress level isreduced then the performance will increase, while the results of analysis of the effect of work conflictwith the employee’s performance was found to significantly and positively.Keywords: employee performance, job stress, work conflict                                               ABSTRAKStress kerja dan konflik kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Untuk itudilakukan suervei dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Data yang telah dilakukanuji dan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dianalisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linerberganda dengan bantuan (Program SPSS versi 20.00). dari hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh stresskerja dengan kinerja karyawan, diketahui bahwa hasilnya adalah signifikan berpengaruh negatif,yang artinya bila tingkat stres dikurangi maka kinerja akan meningkat, sedangkan pada hasil analisispengaruh konflik kerja dengan kinerja karyawan didapati signifikan berpengaruh positif.Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, stress kerja, konflik kerja

Abstract

                                              ABSTRACTCompensation and employee discipline is important to note that the company continues to increaseemployee performance in achieving the company’s goals. In this case you need to know whether therewas an effect of compensation and disciplined work on employee performance. For data analysis wasconducted using a sample of 50 respondents, which were collected by distributing questionnaires.Once the data is valid and reliable, prepared by the method of multiple linear regression analysis,using SPSS. From the analysis found that the Compensation (X1) positive effect on employeeperformance and the Discipline of Work (X2) has positive influence on employee performance (Y).Keywords: compensation and discipline of work on performance.                                               ABSTRAKKompensasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan penting untuk diperhatikan dalam perusahaan agar kinerjakaryawan terus meningkat dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dalam hal ini perlu diketahui apakahada pengaruh kompensasi dan disipilin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk itu dilakukan analisisdata dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden, yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkankuesioner. Setelah data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, diolah dengan metoda analisis Regresi linierberganda, dengan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasil analisis terdapat bahwa Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruhpositif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap KinerjaKaryawan (Y).Kata kunci: kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja

Abstract

                                                ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of market orientationand entrepreneurial orientation on performance in the small and medium scale of garmentmanufacturers in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The population of this study is the owner of thegarment manufacturers in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The Sample in this study was determinedby non probability sampling method. Researcher distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. Theresults shows that there is an influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation onperformance in small and medium scale of garment manufacturers in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.Market orientation provides the ability to understand and meet the today and future customer needswhich also using their ability to provides superior solutions for customers than their competitors.Entrepreneurial orientation can help to identify and respond earlier to market than their competitorsin order to create competitive advantages and achieve better performance. The implications of thisstudy for the garment manufacturers is to increase the knowledge about the factors that affecting theperformance such as market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation which could develop theirinsights and change the views in entrepreneurship.Keywords: small and medium scale enterprises, market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation,performance                                                ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh orientasi pasar danorientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha skala kecil dan menengah produsen garmen di TanahAbang, Jakarta Pusat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik produsen garmen di Tanah Abang,Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode non probability sampling.Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adapengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha skala kecil dan menengahprodusen garmen di Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. Orientasi pasar menggambarkan kemampuanuntuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan hari ini dan masa depan sekaligus jugamenggunakan kemampuan mereka untuk menyediakan solusi unggul bagi pelanggan dari pesaingmereka. Orientasi kewirausahaan membantu mengidentifikasi dan menanggapi pasar lebih cepatdari pesaing dalam rangka menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dan mencapai kinerja yang lebihbaik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk produsen garmen adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuantentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seperti orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaanyang bisa mengembangkan wawasan mereka dan mengubah pandangan dalam berwirausaha.Kata kunci: usaha kecil dan menengah skala, orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, kinerja

Abstract

                                                  ABSTRACTThis research was made with the background because of a lack of awareness of importance ofenterprise education and job training to support employee performance and lack of awareness ofthe company in building a working environment that is conducive to improve employee performance.Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of education andtraining and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Inplasco Prima Surya. Thedata required in this study, obtained through questionnaires using saturated or census samplingmethod to 50 (fifty) PT Inplasco Prima Surya. From all the combine input data that has been collected,data got analysis using SPSS program to determine the results of the research hypothesis. Theanalysis carried out from the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, test multiple linearregression analysis, and hypothesis with the following results: (1) education and vocational trainingaffect the performance of employees, (2) work environment affect the performance employees, and(3) educational and job training also work environment simultaneously affect the performance of theemployee. By knowing with the effect on the performance of PT Inplasco Prima Surya employees,this research can as be a reference for the PT Inplasco Prima Surya in how to improving employeesperformance.Keywords: education and job training, work environment, employee perfomance, human resources                                                 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dibuat dengan latar belakang karena kurangnya kesadaran perusahaan akan pentingnyapendidikan dan pelatihan kerja untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan serta kurangnya kesadaranperusahaan dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjakaryawan. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruhpendidikan dan pelatihan kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakanmetode sampling jenuh atau sensus terhadap 50 (lima puluh) orang karyawan PT Inplasco PrimaSurya. Dari data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, dilakukan analisis data menggunakan program SPSSguna mengetahui hasil hipotesis penelitian. Adapun analisis yang dilakukan mulai dari uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan hasilsebagai berikut: (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2)lingkungan kerja berpengaruhi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pendidikan dan pelatihan kerjaserta lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan mengetahuipengaruh terhadap kerja karyawanPT Inplasco Prima Surya, penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagiPT Inplasco Prima Surya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan, sumber dayamanusia
